Moving Marsh & Parsons into New Homes

The Challenge

Marsh & Parsons have established a strong reputation as a trustworthy London estate agent. However, they are not known for selling New Homes (off-plan). Having recently launched a New Homes & Investments division our job was to extend the brand into this new territory.

The Solution  

Working with the in-house marketing team we tapped into our Friends of Loveable collective to assemble a team including media planning & creative direction. We then rapidly generated insights, tested these with consumers and developed a campaign to launch M&P into the New Homes space.

The Results

The result was a highly distinctive campaign, delivered in the unique M&P tone of voice, and which has helped establish the brand as a credible player in the New Homes & Investments market.
